Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Trackable service with delivery confirmation
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking available
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every member of your family to be completely satisfied with their Step Style Shop footwear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is required
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Kids’ footwear that shows signs of wear or has been worn outdoors. All children’s items must be returned in absolutely pristine condition.
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging when possible
- Ship your return using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your financial institution)
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For our international customers:
