At Step Style Shop, we want every member of your family to be completely satisfied with their footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Kids’ footwear that shows signs of wear or has been worn outdoors. All children’s items must be returned in absolutely pristine condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
